Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using purchased credits (e.g., payment processed but credits not added)
  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Service unavailability that prevented credit usage for an extended period

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Credits that have already been used for recipe generation
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated recipe quality (recipes are generated by AI and results may vary)
  • Requests submitted after the 14-day refund window
  • Account termination due to terms of service violation

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date and amount of the purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or transaction IDs

4. Processing

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method via WayForPay.

5. Partial Refunds

If only some credits from a purchase have been used, we may issue a partial refund for the unused portion at our discretion.
