Banana Chocolate Cookie Truffles

Ingredients

• Yarych Maria cookies (Yarych печиво Марія) — 200g
• Banana — 2 medium
• Toblerone milk chocolate — 100g
• Butter — 1 tbsp(optional)

Instructions

   Crush Yarych Maria cookies into fine crumbs in a bag or food processor.

   Mash banana in a bowl until smooth.

   Mix cookie crumbs with mashed banana to form a dough-like consistency.

   Roll into small balls and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

   Melt Toblerone chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second bursts.

   Dip each ball into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.

   Refrigerate 30 minutes until set.
