Smoked Sausage and Vegetable Scrambled Eggs
A filling breakfast with sliced Alan cooked-smoked sausage, eggs, cherry tomatoes, and fresh radish on the side.

- Alan Ukrainian cooked-smoked sausage — 150g
- Eggs — 4 large
- Azura cherry plum tomatoes — 100g
- Packaged radish — 1 pack(optional)
- Butter — 1 tbsp
- DC rye crispbread — 4 pieces(optional)
- Salt — to taste
- Black pepper — to taste

Slice Alan smoked sausage into rounds.

Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Fry sausage slices 2 minutes per side until lightly browned.

Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook 1 minute.

Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Pour eggs over sausage and tomatoes.
