Traditional Ukrainian pancakes served with whipped cherry cottage cheese and apricot cottage cheese filling.
Ingredients
- МСаМлинці з сиром (pre-made pancakes with cheese) — 1 pack
- Fanni cottage cheese apricot 20% — 150g
- Chudo cottage cheese whipped cherry — 150g
- Honey — 2 tbsp(optional)
- Butter — 1 tbsp
- Milk — 100ml(optional)
- Eggs — 2(optional)
- Sugar — 1 tbsp(optional)
Instructions

Use pre-made mlyntsi (pancakes with cheese) or make batter from eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt, and butter.

If making from scratch: mix 2 eggs, 500ml milk, 200g flour, 1 tbsp sugar, pinch of salt until smooth.

Cook thin pancakes in a buttered pan on medium heat, about 1-2 minutes per side.

Mix Fanni apricot cottage cheese with Chudo cherry cottage cheese for a mixed filling.

Place filling in center of each pancake.

Fold pancakes into envelopes or roll them.

Serve warm, drizzled with honey.
