Ingredients

  • МСаМлинці з сиром (pre-made pancakes with cheese)1 pack
  • Fanni cottage cheese apricot 20%150g
  • Chudo cottage cheese whipped cherry150g
  • Honey2 tbsp(optional)
  • Butter1 tbsp
  • Milk100ml(optional)
  • Eggs2(optional)
  • Sugar1 tbsp(optional)

Instructions

    Use pre-made mlyntsi (pancakes with cheese) or make batter from eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt, and butter.

    If making from scratch: mix 2 eggs, 500ml milk, 200g flour, 1 tbsp sugar, pinch of salt until smooth.

    Cook thin pancakes in a buttered pan on medium heat, about 1-2 minutes per side.

    Mix Fanni apricot cottage cheese with Chudo cherry cottage cheese for a mixed filling.

    Place filling in center of each pancake.

    Fold pancakes into envelopes or roll them.
