Scrambled Eggs with Sausage and Tomato on Toast

Ingredients
- Chicken eggs — 4
- SMK cooked sausage premium — 100g
- Azura cherry plum tomatoes — 100g
- Bread — 4 slices
- Butter — 1 tbsp
- Milk — 2 tbsp
- Salt — 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper — 1/4 tsp
- Cheese — 30g grated(optional)
Instructions

Slice bread and toast it in a dry pan or toaster.

Slice sausage thinly and fry in a pan with a little butter for 2 minutes.

Whisk 4 eggs with a splash of milk, salt, and pepper.

Add eggs to the pan with sausage and cook gently, stirring, until just set.

Slice cherry tomatoes in half and add to the pan in the last minute.

Serve egg mixture on toasted bread.
