Ingredients
- White potatoes — 4 medium
- Carrot — 2 medium
- Onion — 1 large
- Alan Ukrainian cooked-smoked sausage — 150g
- Butter — 2 tbsp
- Salt — 1 tsp
- Black pepper — 1/2 tsp
- DC rye crispbread — 4 pieces(optional)
- Garlic — 2 cloves(optional)

Peel and dice potatoes, carrots, and onion.

Slice the smoked sausage into rounds.

Bring 2 liters of water or broth to a boil in a large pot.
