Ingredients
- Barilla fusilli pasta — 400g
- Alan Ukrainian cooked-smoked sausage — 200g
- Azura cherry plum tomatoes — 200g
- Garlic — 3 cloves
- Olive oil — 2 tbsp
- Cheese — 50g grated
- Salt — 1 tsp
- Black pepper — 1/2 tsp

Cook Barilla fusilli in salted boiling water according to package instructions.

Slice Alan Ukrainian cooked-smoked sausage into rounds or half-moons.

Heat olive oil in a large pan, fry sausage until lightly browned.

Add minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes, cook for 3-4 minutes.

Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
