- Cabbage — 1 medium head
- Rice — 150g
- Onion — 2 medium
- Tomato — 2 medium
- Eggs — 1
- Sunflower oil — 2 tbsp
- Salt — 1 tsp
- Black pepper — 1/2 tsp
- Mayonnaise — 2 tbsp(optional)

Blanch whole cabbage leaves in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes until pliable.

Mix mince with cooked rice, finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, and 1 egg.

Place a spoonful of filling on each cabbage leaf and roll up tightly, tucking in sides.

Dice tomatoes and fry with onion in sunflower oil.
