Wholesome no-cook energy bites made from blended dates, banana, crushed Maria cookies, nuts and Toblerone chocolate pieces — great as a snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- Dates pitted — 150g
- Banana — 1 large
- Yarych Maria cookies — 100g
- Nuts — 50g
- Toblerone milk chocolate — 50g

Pit dates if not already done and soak in warm water 10 minutes, then drain.

Mash banana in a bowl.

Blend or finely chop dates and add to banana.

Crush Maria cookies into rough crumbs and add to the mixture.

Chop nuts roughly and add.

Break Toblerone into small pieces and stir in.

Mix everything until a sticky dough forms.

Roll into balls (about 2 tbsp each).

Refrigerate 30 minutes until firm.
