Ingredients
- Chicken eggs — 4
- Alan Ukrainian cooked-smoked sausage — 150g
- Cheese (grated) — 60g
- Milk — 2 tbsp
- Sunflower oil — 1 tbsp
- DC rye crispbread — 6 pieces
- Bilo cream cheese — 2 tbsp(optional)
- Salt — to taste
- Black pepper — to taste

Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt and black pepper, and whisk well.

Slice sausage thinly.

Heat sunflower oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add sausage slices and lightly fry 2 minutes.
