Ingredients
- Alan Ukrainian cooked-smoked sausage — 300g
- Potato — 4 medium
- Onion — 1 medium
- Cherry plum tomatoes — 150g
- Garlic — 2 cloves
- Sunflower oil — 3 tbsp
- Mayonnaise — 2 tbsp(optional)
- DC rye crispbread — 4 pieces(optional)
- Salt — to taste
- Black pepper — to taste

Boil potatoes in salted water until just tender (about 15 minutes). Drain and slice.
