  • Pork-beef mince Ukrainian400g
  • Onion1 large
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Tomato / cherry tomatoes300g
  • Sunflower oil2 tbsp
  • Cheese (grated)50g(optional)
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

Instructions

    Cook fusilli in salted boiling water according to package instructions.

    Sauté diced onion in sunflower oil until translucent, about 5 minutes.

    Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute.

    Add pork-beef mince and cook, breaking it up, until browned, about 8 minutes.
