Ingredients

- Potato (МС картопля біла) — 3 medium
- СМК Ковбаса варена лікарська — 150g
- Onion — 1 medium
- Milk — 50ml
- Пирятин сир Король Сирів — 80g
- Butter (МС Масло) — 20g
- Salt — to taste
- Black pepper — to taste
- Cucumber — 1(optional)

Boil potatoes until just tender, let cool, slice into rounds.

Slice the cooked sausage (СМК Ковбаса лікарська).

Whisk 6 eggs with milk, salt, and black pepper.

Heat butter in an oven-safe pan over medium heat.

Sauté onion 3 minutes, then add potato slices and sausage.
