A comforting stew with pork mince, potato, carrot, tomato, and broccoli in a rich sauce.
Ingredients
- Pork mince (Фарш свино-яловий) — 400g
- Potato (МС картопля біла) — 3 medium
- Carrot — 2 medium
- Onion — 1 large
- Tomato — 2 medium
- Broccoli — 200g
- Garlic — 3 cloves
- Sunflower oil (Олеїна) — 2 tbsp
- Salt — to taste
- Black pepper — to taste
- КХ батон пшеничний — 4 slices(optional)
Instructions

Dice potato, carrot, onion, and tomato. Cut broccoli into florets. Mince garlic.

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Brown the pork mince (Фарш свино-яловий) for 5–6 minutes, breaking it up.

Add onion and garlic, cook 3 minutes.

Add carrot and potato, stir and cook 3 minutes.

Add tomato and enough water to just cover.

Simmer covered for 20 minutes.
