Banana and Apricot Curd Smoothie Bowl
A creamy and nutritious smoothie bowl combining banana, Fanni apricot curd, pitted dates and milk, topped with Maria cookies and prunes.

- Banana — 2 large
- Fanni curd 20% apricot — 2 packs
- Pitted dates — 6-8 pieces
- Milk — 150ml
- Yarych Maria cookies — 4 pieces(optional)
- Bakalland prunes — 4 pieces(optional)
- Honey — 1 tsp(optional)

Peel and slice banana.

Add banana, Fanni apricot curd, 3-4 pitted dates and 150ml milk to a blender.

Blend until completely smooth and thick.

Pour into bowls.

Top with a few whole pitted dates, crumbled Maria cookies, sliced banana and a couple of Bakalland prunes.
