- Pork-beef mince Ukrainian — 400g
- Alan Sardzhenevskyy cheese — 150g
- Oleyna sunflower oil — 2 tbsp
- Onion — 1 medium
- Garlic — 2 cloves
- Packaged radish — 5-6 radishes(optional)
- Salt — to taste
- Black pepper — to taste

Boil whole white potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes until half-cooked.
