  • Pork-beef mince Ukrainian400g
  • Alan Sardzhenevskyy cheese150g
  • Oleyna sunflower oil2 tbsp
  • Onion1 medium
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Packaged radish5-6 radishes(optional)
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

    Boil whole white potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes until half-cooked.
