Ingredients
- Pork loin boneless — 500g
- Azura cherry plum tomatoes — 200g
- Bilo cream cheese 55% — 150g
- Barilla Fusilli pasta — 300g
- Oleyna sunflower oil — 2 tbsp
- Salt — to taste
- Black pepper — to taste
- Garlic — 2 cloves(optional)

Season pork loin with salt and black pepper.

Heat sunflower oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and sear pork loin 4-5 minutes per side until golden.

Remove pork and set aside.

In the same pan, add halved cherry tomatoes and cook 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add cream cheese and 100ml water, stir until smooth sauce forms.

Return pork to pan, cover and cook on low heat 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil fusilli in salted water according to package instructions.

Slice pork, serve over pasta topped with tomato cream cheese sauce.
